Georgia injury deadlines

The statute of limitations sets the last day to file. Some claims need notice much sooner.

Exceptions

  • Minors: the clock may be paused until age 18 for some claims.

Filing isn’t the same as notice. For government claims, the notice must be correct in content and timing.
